I recognize that I am responsible for creating or modifying the largest debt -and asset- of most of my clients lives. I do not take this role lightly.
I would like to thank you for entrusting me with your purchase or refinance. I recognize that there are countless mortgage brokers that have vied for your business yet few have the ability to handle your largest investment with the skill, commitment and service that I consistently provide.
I follow the philosophy that the client, their goals and best interests are my primary focus. While anybody in the industry can 'meet or beat' an interest rate, how many mortgage brokers can effectively integrate those figures into a strategy and a commitment to your wealth and happiness that benefits you and your family both in the short and long term? Additionally, your satisfaction comes before any commission that the lender may provide to me.

What can you expect when you team with me?
You will meet with me and not an assistant or call center employee. I always make the highest effort to accommodate your schedule.
You
will have the opportunity to convey to me what your desired outcome is for your upcoming loan. Once that is complete, I will custom tailor an approach that precisely fits your needs.
You will have easy access to me and my resources. I am there to answer questions or to simply give you my thoughts on different strategies. If it's 3am and you have a question...you call me.
You will experience a loan process that is streamlined and well communicated. I will review all facts and figures with you personally and you will always know and understand what you are signing. Every event in the loan process will be communicated to you well in advance and in a clear and concise manner.
As needed, you will have me at your side during the signing of your loan documents. I am surprised how many of my clients have never experienced that in the past!
You will rest assured that I am monitoring your loan long after it has funded and recorded. Our lives are constantly changing and your needs and wants might as well. In turn, you will get the occasional calls after the loan process is completed to make sure that we are always on the right path to your goals.
